Team Secretary

Ensures all teams have a least 12 players

Is responsible for player registration

Maintains and distributes an up to date database of all players

Establishes a club e-mail group

Liaises with the Membership and Recruitment Officer

Allocates pitches for home games ensuring a fair distribution among side in liaison with the Match Secretary

Co-ordinates and agrees changes to teams made after selection on Monday
