At the Norsemen FC Annual Dinner held at The Masonic Hall, High Road, Southgate on Friday 25th April 2014 Danny Green (pictured left) was awarded the Norseman of the Year award for loyal and continuous service to Norsemen FC. Danny joined the club as a 16 year old and currently skippers the 3rd XI who have had a great season, narrowly missing promotion. He has been the clubs leading Goalscorer for 6 of the last 7 seasons and thoroughly deserves this prestigious award.
Also honored at the Dinner last night was Oliver Lewis (pictured below) who at 17 picked up the Young Norseman of the Year, some 20 years after his father Graham collected this very same award.
