Norsemen is a friendly local club, with coaches qualified from level 1 upwards, costs and playing facilities are very favourable in relation to other teams. James Corbett the coach of this squad is looking for two/three squad players for next season for the under 11 squad (school year 5 currently).

Norsemen provide some of the facilities in the North London, with some of the best pitches looked after by our 2 groundsmen and we also have new dressing rooms.

We have a Soccer School at the club from 10.00am to 12.00 noon every Saturday morning, where we look to teach children from age 7 the basics about football with the aim of having them form a team and start playing in a league. All of our coaches are at least FA Level 1 or Level 2 qualified, First Aid trained and CRB checked.

We are members of the AFA and currently have teams playing on a Saturday and Sunday morning in the Cheshunt League, Eastern Junior Alliance League and the Mid-Herts League. Our under 12’s have reached the Mid-Herts Divisional cup final, the under 13

Below is the Norsemen Under 9s team who have just beaten Wormley 2 – 1 in Phil Nicholas Cup Final May 2008. A few years on and four of this squad are playing football at a senior level, Martell Taylor-Crossdale for Chelsea & England, Alfie Whiteman for Spurs & England, Kieron Cathline for Watford and Paul Symes for Dagenham & Redbridge. This team was jointly coached by James Corbett and Colin Paris and was one of the most successful youth teams in recent times.

James Corbett, the coach of this squad, is looking for two/three squad players for next season for the under 11 squad (school year 5 currently).

We are also looking for new coaches for next season, 2015/2016 at various age groups, the successful candidates need to be FA Level 1 qualified.

If you are interested in joining the club as a player or a coach then please contact us through the club website or call Chris Sears on 07885 807244.

I appreciate the author for his writing skills and talent. He had written it by using the words that attract people and show love among children. Every kid has a unique nature and attitude that is why they are loved by everyone.
