It is with great sadness to inform Members of the passing of our dear Member Liam O'Gorman. Liam was a very enthusiastic winger who played for 7thXI and captained our 8th XI known as 'The Foemen' in the 1970's and early 80's. Liam attended many Old Boy's Day's and although he moved away some years ago he kept in touch with the Club's results and was particularly pleased with this season's
performance. Our condolences are sent to his family

I am sad when I heard the news that Liam O'Gorman is gone. Though it has been couple of decades since the last time we saw him play, his greatness is timeless and memorable. He will always have a spot in Norsemen Football Club! This is a very rough time for the group as they have lost a very kind-hearted member who has contributed a lot of stuff towards Norsemen Football Club. But if he really needs to rest, then I will be okay with that.
