Norsemen celebrated their season with the Annual Dinner being held on Friday night at The Masonic Hall, Southgate where in excess of 90 Players and Ex Players attended an enjoyable evening.
During the evening there are the Annual Awards.
The prestigious Norseman of the Year Award went to Nick Murray, 1st XI Player and Club Secretary, Nick fully deserved his award for all his hard work throughout the year.
The Benyon Windsor Award is given to the most promising Young Norseman of the Year and this year's Trophy went to Jack Robery who has jointly led the Norsemen Reserves to the SAL Div 2 Championship Title.
The Sam Simpson Award is given to the Team which shows the Best Discipline and Hospitality/Sociability. This seasons winners are the 6th XI capably led by Lee Reynolds.
Other individual Awards are given to the Player of the Year of each Team chosen by their Captain.

3rd XI - Ricky Williams
4th XI - Absent
5th XI - Andreas Paviou
6th XI - Bobby Bartlett
7th XI - Jason Bush
Os Ibrahim our 1st XI Captain made an excellent speech and captured the audience attention which is not the easiest thing to do at Norsemen Dinners of past.
It is with great pride that we are still able to hold such a Great Evening showing that there is still spirit and Camaraderie in our great club.
It was duly noted that that our Discipline needs to be improved and every effort will be made to do so next season.
