Attending to racing matters on Saturday at Ascot so relying on information from my club reporter.
The 1st XI continue their fantastic start to the season with a 3-0 victory over a competitive AFC Oldsmiths side. leading 1-0 at half time two goals from John Megicks wrapped up their 27th point of the season.
The Res XI after last weeks good win lost a close encounter against Ibis Eagles conceding two late goals in a 5-3 defeat.
Our very successful 4th XI beat Old Owens 4s in a goalfest winning 8-5.They are top of their league and have an interesting cup tie this week away to West Wickham who are top of the southern section of the same league.
Both the 5th & 7th XIs lost 4-3 in their respective fixtures against Old Lyonians 4s & Winchmore Hill 9s.
