Disappointing result for 1st team losing at home to a new team who were only in the reserve section last season.This is going to be a tough league and without our strongest side every week we will not compete at the top which must be our minimum ambition. The reserves had a good win against Actonians who are usually strong and the 3s also triumphed against Vamps in their first league fixtures of the season.
We have had a good influx of new players and the return of some players who had previously been with us. To be successful everybody must buy in to us being run as a club and not 7 individual teams and the need for our discipline to be much improved with minimum avoidable cautions.
