Presidents PatterFor the first time in my memory we were left with no home games on Saturday due to Old Owens being unable to field a 4th or 5th team!!!
The first team had an on paper easy cup game away to Old Vaughanians who are in one of the lower division of the AFC and so it proved with a 7-1 victory. The reserves were also on the road and scored a good win away to South Bank, and the Thirds lost away to the same opponents. The sixes I believe won easily but their result was not shown on the SAL web site. On to the all conquering sevens they mauled AP for the second time this season with yet again D Green heavily featured amongst the scorers This week the first team have an interesting cup game away to Crouch End Vamps who head the third division with a 100% record taking on us who have a 100% record in the 2nd division. Something has to give hopefully not us!
